Telstar 6 was manufactured by Space Systems/Loral and launched on February 15 1999 from Baikonur Site 81/23 on Proton-K/DM-03 rocket by Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center. It was later renamed to Intelsat Galaxy 26.
