PanAmSat Galaxy 13 (Horizons-1) was manufactured by Boeing Satellite Systems and launched on October 1 2003 from Ocean Odyssey on Zenit-3SL rocket by Yuzhmash. After the Intelsat/PanAmSat merger, it became Intelsat Galaxy 13.
