PanAmSat Galaxy 4R was manufactured by Hughes Space and Communications and launched on April 19 2000 from from Guiana Space Center, Kourou ELA-2 on Ariane 42L rocket by Arianespace. After the Intelsat/PanAmSat merger, it became Intelsat Galaxy 4R.
